Pongo has found his forever home! We are so grateful to his new mom and Dad for opening their hearts and Home to this amazing Dane. Seeing a Rescue Dane of ours find a forever home is so gratifying! It makes all the pain and heartache worth it! We can’t wait to see all the fun Pongo is going to have with his new and forever family. Also a very special thank you to Pongo’s wonderful foster home who took the best care of him until he found his forever home, we couldn’t have done it without you!
Max
Our sweet boy Max that was adopted by his foster mom is loving life! He adores his little sister Shelby and his human brother too! Max is such a good boy and we are overjoyed he found his forever home. Max was abandoned by his “owners” hours before hurricane Irma was to make landfall. One of our directors rushed out to save him and got him into a safe foster home that later became his furever home! Thank you Stacie and family for giving this boy such an awesome home!
Renzo

Goliath
Goliath was adopted by Stacey and her husband Rob in Plantation. Goliath had been surrendered back to his breeder at 8 months and was suffering from a skin condition and was very timid. Stacey and her husband nursed him back to health, enrolled him in training, and gave him a forever loving home. Goliath and his brother Rufus are the best of friends and Goliath is now a well trained, loving, and compassionate member of the family.
Charlie
Charlie was fostered, and subsequently adopted by Heidi & Bryan. Their first Dane, Apollo, had been depressed after the tragic loss of his brother Atlas. Charlie came into the picture and immediately brightened everyone’s spirits with his sweet and goofy antics. Apollo and Charlie are now best of friends enjoying frequent tug of war matches, zoomies, and snuggles. We could not be happier for our sweet Charlie Bear.
Baloo
Gentle Giants Great Dane Rescue is proud to announce the adoption of Baloo! This happy go lucky pup has found his forever home with Jeff and Carissa in sunny South Florida. Scooby
I am so grateful that I was able to adopt Scooby, he brings so much joy to the family. Luna and his foster mom Kat were so nice they checked on us and made me feel so welcome to be a part of the Great Dane family, and I am still in contact with them. Scooby had it ruff when he was a puppy because they rescued him when no one else would and took such good care of him, this is the reason he is such a good dog and my love muffin today.

Buddy
Buddy was found roaming the streets of Hialeah with a nasty tooth abscess, covered in fleas and blood. He had a microchip that was implanted in 2006 making him roughly 10 years old when he was taken off the streets. He had an extensive dental cleaning/extraction and was neutered by a very kind vet. Buddy found his forever home with Scarlett and Chris who also own a great dane named Yoshi, as well as Rottweilers. Buddy is a lover who's name should have been Shadow because he will follow you anywhere! This gentle giant is a great representative of the breed and we hope he has many long years with us.

Pure happiness! Georgia & Gracie (formerly Xena and Zelda) found their forever home in beautiful sunny Oakland Park, FL. These girls were nursed back to health by an amazing foster who is our close friend. He loves these girls to the moon and back and decided to add them to his family furever! We couldn’t be happier with their progress! Not even 2 months later and you’d never guess these sweet girls came from the streets of Miami.

Zulu has healed beautifully from his neuter/gastropexy and was cleared for adoption by his amazing vet. We are so happy for this amazing new chapter of his life!

Ms. June has been adopted! This stunning 2 year ole black female dane had a long road to recovery and does have wobblers disease. This doesn’t stop this sweet angel. She LOVES people, other dogs, and kids!
Thor
Thor was adopted! This stunning 3 year old male harlequin has puppy energy and is working on potty training. He Is good with other dogs and loves to snuggle his humans! We do not know how he is with cats and children.
Shiloh
Shiloh has found his forever home! Our almost two year old harlequin Great Dane has been neutered and gastroepxied. He loves dogs and people and gets along well with kids and cats.
Skye
Skye found her family! She is a 6 year old beautiful blue female Great Dane. Skye gets along with all dogs, cats, and kids. Skye is the perfect started Dane, she is well behaved, housebroken, and walks well on a leash.
TY
Ty found the perfect home! He is a 3 year old harlequin Great Dane. Since Ty is a result of spotxspot breeding he is deaf. This does not stop Ty at all. He LOVES people and being touched and cuddled. He is dog friendly and kid friendly.
Jasmine
Jasmine was adopted! Jasmine is an approximately 3 year old neopolitan Mastiff Mix. She gets along with other dogs, people, and kids. She is playful and very goofy. She is such a sweet girl. She is UTD on vaccines and heartworm negative. She is microchipped and crate trained.
